All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
The above time frame applies to standard shipping methods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Zilylux offers worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:

If you would like express shipping, please send your request to our Modify or Cancel Order Center.

For modified orders, production time may be extended by 1–2 business days.

For PO Box deliveries, please include the ZIP code + 4 or 5 digits in your shipping address.

If an address is incomplete, the package may be returned to us.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Zilylux does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Zilylux is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
